We are professionally to produce chilling roller with different patterns such as flower, leaf, etc. Our roller is designed to cool the web to a specific temperature, and then passing cooling water through the roll is called a chilling roll.

Calendered film or adhesive tape were applied when in the finished roll of products shrinks to reduce the distortion caused by cooling the hot material before becoming the material roll. The material roll of products should be cooled by a chilling roller to be achieved to reduce the material deformation.

Chilling roller normally is located on the left side of the web roll drying apparatus for reducing the temperature of the web to the heat set ink curing temperature.

These rollers are used to facilitate a specific process of web handling of substrates that require proper cooling. They are used for food, pharmaceutical packaging industries; optical film, LCD screen, the solar cell industry; various types of sheet, film, extrusion laminating equipment; cast film; embossing, coating equipment, etc.
