Description of Matt Finish Roller

The matt finish rollers with four stainless steel rolls, two of which are double-shelled heat transfer rollers. We maintain very tight tolerances & accurate thermals even on large heat transfer rolls.
We are professionally manufacture large and heavy matt finish rollers for industry-usage. The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc. The roller surface adopts sand treatments to satisfy different mist side effects.

The matt finish rollers are used for a multitude of applications such as plastic film, paper, composite materials surface embossing, and surface treatment. The rollers can also be used for different appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other small appliances, automobiles, exposed as well as unexposed parts, electric motors, bathtubs, etc. The intensity of the Matt Finish Roll is specified as a surface roughness. The size and pattern are customized.
